Dr. Miguel Moreno and the staff at El Paso Child Neurology believe that patient care is the most important part of any medical office. They ensure that the well being of your child will always come first and guarantee the proper and precise care will be available. Utilizing the latest technology, we hope to bring our patients a new level of patient care. Features such as our Patient Portal allows for our patients to communicate with our office electronically, request appointments, view results and more! Dr. Miguel Moreno came to El Paso in 2009 and founded El Paso Child Neurology. Working as a pediatric neurologist, he sees patients in his clinic and in surrounding hospitals. Before relocating to El Paso, he was employed with Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA serving as an attending physician in Pediatric Neurology. There, he staffed general child neurology clinics, worked with spasticity management, and traveled throughout Santa Clara County staffing outreach clinics. He was previously appointed as Clinical Assistant Professor (Affiliated) at Stanford University and trained Pediatric Neurology Fellows and Neurology Residents. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and a member of the Child Neurology Society as well as the Texas Neurological Society.

He received his undergraduate degree from San Jose State University, medical degree from Howard University and trained in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Austin and trained in Pediatric Neurology at the University of California, Irvine.

Outside of professional interests, he enjoys traveling, reading, painting, running and enjoys living in El Paso with is family.
